Grilled Prime Rib Recipe Tips
Your focus should be less on time and all on the internal temperature of the meat. This means, you can have any weight, as far as the meat is concerned, as long as it’s 130 degrees before it comes off the grill. This may take more or less time, depending on the size. You’ll want to skip using the burners in the middle of your grill and use the two burners on the sides. Start them at low and then work your way up to the desired temperature.Don’t try to rush the cooking of this cut of meat, on a grill. It needs to cook slowly as it’s very thick. If not, it will cook unevenly. If you want to skip the grill, you can cook it the same exact way, at the same exact temperature, in the oven.
